We'd love to hear how you know the music of PJC. From a strictly socio-anthropological perspective, it's fascinating to trace how music is passed around. Now, in 2007, we can download, but 7 or 8 years ago when I was first contacted? What motivates the contemporary modern music collector?
Yes, we're a duo that started in one little corner of Ohio in 1983. Yet people in all corners of the globe know about us...our music has traveled distance and decades. We've heard that "The Fall" has been passed from one 80s synth music fan to another via cassette all over the globe and has even shown up on various compilations like Flexi-Pop. One fan told us he found a copy of our EP Menage a Trois in a used record shop in London in the early 90s.
We wonder, how did it get there?
